About Me
I came to Colorado in 2020 for graduate school, expecting to have two years of exploring Denver, meeting people, and enjoying better mental health than undergrad gave me. None of that happened, but I decided to power through out of spite, if nothing else. My career got off to a rocky start, but I've never wavered in my love for helping others. I actually didn't even want to be an outpatient therapist when I got my master's, thinking I preferred the fast-paced adrenaline rush of working in inpatient behavioral health. But life happens, and I kept saying "yes" to opportunities, and now here I am, right where I'm meant to be.

In my free time, I like to read, cook, and do yoga. I don't do a lot of the typical Colorado things, like paddle boarding and camping, but I think that all sounds lovely. After talking to me for a few minutes, you'll probably notice that I have ADHD; I go on tangents, get easily distracted, and lose my train of thought often. This has actually helped me work with others with ADHD, because your thought process makes complete sense to me and I can follow along easily. And fair warning: I swear. A lot.
